One of Milk Street Cafe’s standout features is its exceptional and inventive sushi selection — an uncommon but exciting find in kosher cuisine. The Green Monstah Roll, bursting with asparagus, Japanese cucumber, and creamy avocado drizzled with teriyaki, creates an explosion of freshness and umami. Vegan options like the Strawberry Mango Sweet Potato Cucumber Roll delight with bright, playful notes of mango and strawberry layered over tender sweet potato, ensuring that plant-based diners aren’t left wanting. For those craving classic flair, the Salmon Nigiri and the Impossible Baked Ziti Entrée marry traditional favorites with bold, contemporary flavors.

Salad enthusiasts will appreciate the vibrant combinations such as the Harvest Salad—a sophisticated assembly of apples, dried cherries, roasted butternut squash, candied walnuts, and creamy goat cheese, all dressed in a sweet maple balsamic vinaigrette. The Rockport Salad offers a similarly thoughtful mix of fresh, seasonal ingredients with a honey balsamic dressing, perfect for a light yet satisfying meal. Each vegetarian and gluten-free option here is a mindful celebration of flavor and nutrition.

The dining environment echoes the café’s approachable yet refined ethos. Spacious, comfortable seating complements a welcoming staff known for their attentive, friendly service. Guests like Joey Ostroff have praised the helpfulness of the team and the inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for casual meet-ups or solo breaks. Great restaurant with a delightful selection of salads, sushi, hot food, cold food, coffee, and more. More than enough options for dairy eaters, fish eaters, meat eaters. Cafeteria type service and kosher

We spent a week visiting Boston recently and this restaurant was amazing!!! For anyone who eats kosher it is a godsend. It's right in the middle of the city, so the location is super convenient, and they have both a dairy section and a meat section. However, even if you do not specifically eat kosher, the food is so good (especially the pulled brisket ) it's worth a visit. Furthermore, the owner and all of the employees were a delight! Highly recommend! A gem in the heart of Boston!

Amazing food, I’ve never had anything bad here. Great location, great facility, lots of comfortable seating. Jonathan greeted my party as soon as we walked in and was incredibly helpful. All the other staff were very nice. Would definitely recommend

Waitress perfect. Food delicious. Some language barrier lent to miscommunication. Pre meal drinks, appetizers and meal came all at once. We learned that day to in the future, insist on ordering our entrée and dinner drinks when we are ready for the meal/drinks to c ome out once communication red flags arise.

Cafe is huge. Lot of seating, efficient service, super clean and nice staff. The location is also nice. I really can't complain. A good place to come grab a quick lunch or coffee. Most dishes that offer were more towards healthy side rather than fatty, so that's also a plus. Hi guys recommended. Location: 8/10 Staff: 10/10 Cost: 9/10 Ambience: 10/10
